- When you register with us as a caregiver (Sara);
- When you request information or contact us.

- Bank account number (if needed for payments);
- In some cases, health information (only if relevant for matching with an appropriate caregiver and with your consent).
Sharing with Third Parties
We share your personal data only when necessary to provide our services, such as:
- Matching clients with suitable caregivers;
- Maintaining proper administration (e.g., through accounting software or other service providers processing data on our behalf);
- When legally required to provide data to government authorities.
Sara en Casa never sells your data to third parties.
Retention Periods
Your data is retained only as long as necessary. Specifically, we apply the following periods:
- Financial records are kept for 7 years, in accordance with tax law;
- Client and caregiver data are kept for up to 2 years after the agreement ends;
- Other data are kept for a maximum of 2 years, unless a legal obligation requires longer storage;
- After these periods, your data are securely deleted or destroyed.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data;
- Correct inaccurate or outdated data;
- Request deletion of your data (where legally possible);
- Restrict processing of your data;
- Data portability;
- Object to the processing of your data.
