What We Do

At Sara en Casa, we offer support to seniors who need it, helping them stay in their own home and enjoy daily life as comfortably as possible. Whether it’s doing groceries together, going on an outing, or simply offering companionship, we ensure a perfect match between the client and the caregiver based on personal wishes and interests. Our goal is to help you live safely, comfortably, and with personal attention in your own familiar surroundings.

Our Sara’s provide extra support to seniors in their home environment, such as help with daily tasks and personal guidance.

Support with light household tasks such as cooking meals, doing the laundry, or ironing. We offer help in and around the home.

Companionship and individual support for seniors, offered with care and respect. To combat loneliness and social isolation, we believe personal attention is essential. From trips to the park and museum visits to playing a game at home, our caregivers bring warmth and companionship both indoors and outdoors.

Ongoing support for seniors awaiting a place in a care home, as a supplement to regular home care. Sara’s are available 24 hours a day.

Do you need to be woken during the night after surgery or need help getting out of bed? We’re here to support you.

A visit to the doctor or a pleasant outing to a museum—our caregivers ensure you get safely from A to B.

We provide support for seniors with dementia, and in doing so, we also relieve their family caregivers. Caring for someone with dementia is a 24-hour responsibility, which can be a heavy burden for relatives and friends. We’re here to help lighten that load.

Rates

Rates

Our rates are transparent and easy to understand. Sara en Casa’s services are not free, as we fairly compensate all our caregivers for their work. Aside from the standard hourly rate, we charge no extra fees for registration, mediation, or introductions. Additionally, the costs of supplementary care can often be deducted from your taxes under the category of ‘extra household help.’ Ask your tax advisor about the possibilities.
